We offer a variety of floor plans; ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms.
Market-rate homes are charged monthly rent plus utilities. Affordable homes are charged rent only.
All residents are required to establish an electricity account in their name. Market-rate residents are also billed back for water, sewer, and trash services.
All apartments are unfurnished.
Each home includes a washer and dryer and air conditioning.
All homes feature in-unit laundry.
Community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, pet washroom, and playground.

Water, sewer and garbage are managed by the property but billed back to residents monthly. Electric is set up by the resident through PGE.
